Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 27

The broader markets were in green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.29 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.07 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Friday with the Sensex down 0.31 per cent at 85,572 and the Nifty-50 down 0.14 per cent at 26,179. About 1,978 shares have advanced, 1,957 shares have declined and 125 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 2y, 2024.

The broader markets were in green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.29 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.07 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were SJVN Ltd, Exide Industries Ltd and Oil India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Sequent Scientific Ltd, Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd and Force Motors Ltd

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Metals Index and BSE Energy Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.78 lakh crore or USD 5.71 trillion as of September 27, 2024. On the same day, 287 stocks hit a 52-week high while 35 stocks touched a 52-week low.
