Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 23

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.76 lakh crore or USD 5.70 trillion as of September 23, 2024.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Monday with the Sensex up 0.45 per cent at 84,929 and the Nifty-50 up 0.57 per cent at 25,939. About 2.392 shares have advanced, 1,719 shares have declined and 122 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 84,980.53 on September 23, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 25,956 on September 23, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.73 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.73 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India and Punjab & Sind Bank. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Skippers Ltd, Balu Forge Industries Ltd and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Information Technology Index and BSE Teck Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.76 lakh crore or USD 5.70 trillion as of September 23, 2024. On the same day, 345 stocks hit a 52-week high while 40 stocks touched a 52-week low.
