Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 11

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.52 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 0.57 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in red on Wednesday with the Sensex down 0.49 per cent at 81,523, and the Nifty-50 down 0.49 per cent at 24,918. About 1,619 shares have advanced, 2,345 shares have declined and 106 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 82,725.28 on September 02, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 25,333.65 on September 02, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.52 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.57 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were JSW Infrastructure Ltd, Yes Bank and Solar Industries Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Fineotex Chemical Ltd,  Rama Steel Tubes Ltd and Gokul Agro Resources Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Consumer Durables Index and BSE FMCG Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Energy Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.61 lakh crore or USD 5.49 trillion as of September 11, 2024. On the same day, 303 stocks hit a 52-week high while 35 stocks touched a 52-week low.
