Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on September 03

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.19 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.54 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading mixed on Tuesday with the Sensex down 0.01 per cent at 82,555, and the Nifty-50 up 0.001 per cent at 25,280. About 1,999 shares have advanced, 1,938 shares have declined and 117 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 82,725.28 on September 02, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 25,333.65 on September 02, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.19 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.54 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Godrej Industries Ltd and Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Geojit Financial Services Ltd, VRL Logistics Ltd and Kitex Garments Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Consumer Durables Index and BSE Financial Services Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Utilities Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.66 lakh crore or USD 5.55 trillion as of September 03, 2024. On the same day, 267 stocks hit a 52-week high while 29 stocks touched a 52-week low.
