Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on October 06

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices ended the trading session on Thursday in positive territory, with the Sensex up 0.55 per cent at 65,996 and the Nifty up 0.55 per cent at 19,654. About 2,312 shares have advanced, 1,334 have declined and 154 were unchanged on BSE.
The broader markets were in positive territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.68 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap index up 0.58 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd and Macrotech Developers Ltd, while the top small-cap gainers were PNB Gilts Ltd and Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Consumer Durables Index being one of the Top Gainers while the BSE Telecommunication Index being one of the Top Losers.
The market capitalization of BSE-listed companies was Rs 3,19,86,446 crore or approx. Rs 320 lakh crore as of October 06, 2023. On the same day, 256 stocks hit a 52-week high, while 22 stocks touched a 52-week low.
