Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 29
The top mid-cap gainers were Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Bharti Hexacom Ltd and The Ramco Cements Ltd.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Friday with the Sensex up 0.96 per cent at 79,803 and the Nifty-50 up 0.91 per cent at 24,131. About 2,347 shares have advanced, 1,606 shares have declined and 97 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.31 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.77 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Bharti Hexacom Ltd and The Ramco Cements Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Man Infraconstruction Ltd, Ashapura Minechem Ltd and Easy Trip Planners Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Utilities Index and BSE Healthcare Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Realty Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.47 lakh crore or USD 5.29 trillion as of November 29, 2024. On the same day, 190 stocks hit a 52-week high while 24 stocks touched a 52-week low.
