Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 04

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 1.31 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 1.65 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Thursday with the Sensex down 1.18 per cent at 78,782 and the Nifty-50 down 1.27 per cent at 23,995. About 1,351 shares have advanced, 2,717 shares have declined and 131 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 1.31 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 1.65 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Dixon Technologies Ltd, NMDC Ltd and Gillette India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are HMA Agro Industries Ltd, Azad Engineering Ltd and Transport Corporation Of India Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were trading in red with the BSE Energy Index; BSE Telecommunication Index; BSE Utilities Index, BSE Oil & Gas Index, BSE Power Index, BSE Realty Index and BSE Services Index being the Top Losers which plunged over 2 per cent each.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.42 lakh crore or USD 5.26 trillion as of November 04, 2024. On the same day, 200 stocks hit a 52-week high while 32 stocks touched a 52-week low.
