Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on May 27

The broader markets were mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.63 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 0.09 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.03 per cent at 75,390, and the Nifty-50 down 0.11 per cent at 22,932. About 1,706 shares have advanced, 2,256 have declined and 143 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 76,009.68 on May 27, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 23,110.80 on May 27, 2024.

The broader markets were mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.63 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.09 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Overseas Bank, Indian Renewable Energy Development Ltd and Ashok Leyland Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd, Nazara Technologies Ltd and Jupiter Wagons Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Bankex Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Energy Index and BSE Power Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 420 lakh crore or USD 5.05 trillion as of May 27, 2024. On the same day, 215 stocks hit a 52-week high while 33 stocks touched a 52-week low.
