The stock was locked in a 20 per cent upper circuit to Rs 14.04 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 6.48 times on BSE.

Lasa Supergenerics Limited is engaged in manufacturing veterinary & human APIs, animal feed ingredients and specialises in ‘catalyst chemistry’. The shares of the company zoomed 20 per cent upper circuit to Rs 26.01 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 6.19 times on BSE.

S.A.L Steel Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of sponge iron & ferroalloy used in the iron & steel industry. The company also has a power generation capacity of 40 MW. The company's shares saw heavy buying and hit a 20 per cent upper circuit to Rs 18.46 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 8.16 times on BSE. The sudden rise in the stock price was due to its excellent Quarterly Results. The stock gave multibagger returns of 111 per cent in just 1 year and over 500 per cent in 3 years.
