Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on July 22

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.27 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.83 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.13 per cent at 80,502, and the Nifty-50 down 0.09 per cent at 24,509. About 2,190 shares have advanced, 1,822 shares have declined and 140 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 81,588 on July 19, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 24,855 on July 19, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.27 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.83 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Bharat heavy Electrcials Ltd, Yes Bank and Bharat Forge Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Gravita India Ltd, BCL Industries Ltd and Sportking India Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Power Index and BSE Capital Goods Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Bankex Index and BSE Energy Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.48 lakh crore or USD 5.36 trillion as of July 22, 2024. On the same day, 174 stocks hit a 52-week high while 42 stocks touched a 52-week low.
