Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on July 01

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.11 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 1.58 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Monday with the Sensex up 0.56 per cent at 79,476, and the Nifty-50 up 0.55 per cent at 24,142. About 2,658 shares have advanced, 1,343 have declined and 145 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 79,671.58 on June 28, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 24,174 on June 28, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.11 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1.58 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were REC Ltd, Castrol India Ltd and JSW Infrastructure Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Wockhardt Ltd, Atul Auto Ltd and Man Industries (India) Ltd

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Teck Index and BSE Information Technology Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.43 lakh crore or USD 5.31 trillion as of July 01, 2024. On the same day, 345 stocks hit a 52-week high while 27 stocks touched a 52-week low.
