On Monday, at 01:35 pm, the benchmark Indian indices were trading lower with the BSE Sensex Index trading lower, down around 348 points or 0.57 per cent at a level of 60,494.88 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index trading lower, down around 104 points or 0.58 per cent at 17,750.05. About 1,871 shares have advanced, 1,630 declined and 200 are unchanged on BSE.

The top Sensex gainers were IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance Ltd and ITC Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Tata Steel Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and Infosys Ltd.
The broader market indices were trading higher, with the BSE Midcap Index up 0.72 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.56 per cent, respectively.
On February 3, foreign institutional investors (FII) sold shares worth Rs 932.44 crore, while domestic institutional investors (DII) bought shares worth Rs 1,264.74 crore.
In the reporting week ending January 27, India's forex reserves increased to a six-month high of USD 576.76 billion. The increase in foreign exchange reserves is due to an increase in Foreign Currency Assets (FCA), which is a major component of total reserves. For the week ending January 27, the FCA increased by USD 2.66 billion to USD 509.02 billion.
