Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on December 10
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.30 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.33 per cent.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading flat on Tuesday with the Sensex up 0.01 per cent at 81,510 and the Nifty-50 down 0.04 per cent at 24,610. About 2,022 shares have advanced, 1,941 shares have declined and 130 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.30 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.33 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd, Clean Science and Technology Ltd and FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Universal Cables Ltd, Greaves Cotton Ltd and Paramount Communications Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE Telecommunication Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.60 lakh crore or USD 5.42 trillion as of December 010, 2024. On the same day, 289 stocks hit a 52-week high while 16 stocks touched a 52-week low.
