Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on December 05

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.16 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.16 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Thursday with the Sensex up 1 per cent at 81,766 and the Nifty-50 up 0.98 per cent at 24,709. About 2,136 shares have advanced, 1,830 shares have declined and 117 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.16 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.16 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Indraprastha Gas Ltd, Castrol India Ltd and Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd, Kalpataru Projects International Ltd and Man Industries Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Teck Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE Realty Index and BSE Services Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.58 lakh crore or USD 5.41 trillion as of December 05, 2024. On the same day, 237 stocks hit a 52-week high while 11 stocks touched a 52-week low.
