About 1,811 shares have advanced, 1,701 declined and 121 are unchanged on BSE.  

On Wednesday at 03:30 pm, at the closing bell, indices ended the trading session lower with the BSE Sensex Index down 0.27 per cent at a level of 59,567.80 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index down 0.23 per cent at 17,618.75.  

The broader market indices were trading mixed, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.18 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.12 per cent, respectively. About 1,811 shares have advanced, 1,701 declined and 121 are unchanged on BSE.  

Roopa Industries Ltd does the manufacturing and marketing of bulk drugs and intermediaries. The shares of the company zoomed 20 per cent upper circuit to Rs 57.18 per share with a spurt in volume by more than 13.65 times on BSE.

Mirza International Ltd is one of India's leading manufacturers and exporters of leather footwear apparel and accessories. The shares of the company saw heavy buying in 3 trading sessions with a spurt in volume by more than 4.80 times on BSE.

Rajasthan Cylinders and Containers Ltd manufactures and sells LPG Cylinders, Valves & Regulators and renders refilling services for LPG Gas. The shares of the company were locked in a 20 per cent circuit since the pre-opening session with a spurt in volume by more than 10.03 times on BSE.
