Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 2.88 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 3.40 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Tuesday with the Sensex down 1.32 per cent at 76,294 and the Nifty-50 down 1.32 per cent at 23,071. About 527 shares have advanced, 3,475 shares have declined and 95 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 2.88 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 3.40 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Crisil Ltd, Oil India Ltd and Sun TV Network Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Kennametal India Ltd, Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd and Redtape Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were trading in red with the BSE Realty Index, BSE Capital Goods Index, BSE Auto Index, BSE Healthcare Index, BSE Industrials Index and BSE Consumer Discretionary Index being the Top Losers which plunged over 2.5 per cent each.

As of February 11, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 4.08 lakh crore or USD 4.70 trillion. On the same day, 55 stocks hit a 52-week high, while 479 stocks touched a 52-week low.
