Shares below Rs 100: Heavy buying seen in these price volume breakout shares on September 5

BSE Smallcap index is outperforming the broader markets. The top gainers propelling the index are Fermenta Biotech, Suzlon Energy, Dish TV, Vakrangee, Jai Corp, and Universal Cables

On Monday, the domestic equity markets are in a healthy uptrend and trading in the green territory. The frontline benchmark indices i.e. Nifty 50 and Sensex are trading with gains of more than 0.60 per cent each.  

The top Large-Cap gainers of today's session include Hindalco, JSW Steel, Reliance Industries, ITC, and NTPC. Meanwhile, the Top Losers comprise Bajaj Auto, Nestle, Britannia, Apollo Hospitals, and Eicher Motors.  

Nifty Bank is also up by approximately a per cent. Stocks such as IDFC First Bank, Federal Bank, Bandhan Bank, and Bank of Baroda have been thrust into the spotlight as the Top Gainers. On the other hand, IndusInd Bank, State Bank of India, and HDFC Bank are among the top laggards.

Metal, capital goods, and telecom stocks are trending in the upward direction. On the other hand, power, as well as oil & gas stocks, are underperforming the broader markets.
