SEBI debars unregistered investment advisory from securities market
Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the watchdog of the securities market, which takes various measures to protect the interest of investors in the security market.
To safeguard the interest of the investors, it has debarred the entity Tips4Market Proprietor Mahesh Vaghajibhai Ramani for providing trading tips to investors without having the requisite registration as mandated under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations.
SEBI, now vide its order dated June 04, 2021, has debarred entity Tips4Market (Proprietor-Mahesh Vaghajibhai Ramani) (PAN-AMUPR3076P) from accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and are also, prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly in any manner, whatsoever.
As per the order in the case of Tip4market, Proprietor Mahesh Vaghajibhai Ramani- Unregistered Investment Advisor, he is prohibited from buying, selling, or otherwise dealing in the security market for a period of two years from the date of the order or till the expiry of the above period from the date of completion of refunds to investors, whichever is later.
