Rock solid SBI is top-performing Sensex stock of 2021 so far
SBI, by clocking gains of more than 51 per cent, emerges as the top-performing Sensex stock.
Sensex is up by approximately 9 per cent on a YTD basis while as many as 14 Sensex stocks have outperformed the frontline index on a YTD basis.
SBI, by clocking gains of more than 51 per cent, emerges as the top-performing Sensex stock. SBI has not only topped the charts for 2021 but also, it has done with a huge margin as the second-best performing Sensex stock, Bajaj Finserv is up by a little over 32 per cent, followed by UltraTech Cement and ICICI Bank, which are up by 26.85 per cent & 25.52 per cent, respectively. SBI has done exceedingly well because of an increase in the net interest income and improvement in asset quality.
