Realty Stocks rally; Godrej Properties trades at life highs

Oberoi Realty was trading with gains of more than 6 per cent and is topping the list of BSE Realty gainers on Monday.

The realty stocks were seen trading with huge gains on Monday even as BSE Sensex is seen trading gains on more than 300 points. Oberoi Realty was trading with gains of more than 6 per cent and is topping the list of BSE Realty gainers on Monday.  Godrej Properties is seen trading at life highs after jumping by more than 3% on an intraday basis. Godrej properties is up by 16% in 2021 alone while in one year the share price of Godrej industries is up by 80%.  

DLF is up by close to 3 per cent while Prestige, IB real estate and Sobha Developers are all seen trading higher with gains of more than 4 per cent each. 

Real estate stocks are trending due to multiple factors such as increasing demand for housing and also lower interest rates.   
BSE Realty Index is seen trading with gains of more than 3 per cent while BSE Sensex is up by more than 300 points on an intraday basis.
