Real Estate Stocks: These Real Estate Penny Stocks soared up to 111.43 per cent in one month!
The real action however is in the penny stock space within the real estate sector.
The current bull market has been a broad based one with 2 out of every 3 stocks doubling in return if we consider the data or the 2343 stocks listed on NSE from April 1, 2020 till the second week of June, 2021. Real estate stocks have also participated in the current market rally and some of the large cap real estate stocks have been able to outperform Sensex by a good margin. Stocks like India Bulls Real Estate is up by more than 28.40 per cent, Godrej Properties by 8.74 per cent, DLF gains more than 11.15 per cent etc., in over one month.
The real action however is in the penny stock space within the real estate sector. On an average the top 13 real estate penny stocks have delivered 82 per cent returns in past one month with the top performer gaining as much as 111 per cent.
Real estate industry has witnessed strong demand during Q4FY21 (March quarter) across major key markets mainly driven by lower mortgage rates, regulatory interventions such as stamp-duty cuts, and pent-up demand during H2FY21.
