Ramco to utilise its flagship aviation software for Iberia Maintainence

Global Aviation software specialist Ramco Systems announced on Monday that it would implement its flagship aviation software, Ramco Aviation M&E MRO Suite for Iberia Maintenance (Iberia MRO), one of Europe’s leading MRO service providers in IAG Group. 

Through its adoption, Ramco Aviation Software will replace systems across Airframe Maintenance, Engine Shops, Component Shops and Supply chain. This transformation will enable Iberia to future proof its business growth and offer simplified user experiences driving better user adoption and process automation, the company stated in its press release to the BSE.  

Speaking on the development, Mr Virender Aggarwal, CEO at Ramco Systems stated that pandemic has driven many large businesses to speed up their digital transformation agenda and with Ramco’s sharp focus in building deep MRO specific functionality, the company has been able to win the trust of global majors. 

Despite the announcement, the stock of Ramco Systems ended the day down by 8.17 per cent on Tuesday. The stock closed at a price of Rs 545.70 per share, down by 8.17 per cent or Rs 47.70 per share, against a 3 per cent decline in the benchmark index. The 52-week high was recorded at Rs 620 and the 52-week low was Rs 64.10 on BSE.
