Q4FY18 Result: PSP Projects PAT increases by 11.9 per cent
PSP Projects reported results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 on Thursday.
The company’s standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 263.68 crore, registering 63.1 per cent yoy increase.
EBITDA for the quarter rose by 8.7 per cent yoy to Rs. 36.3 crore with a corresponding margin contraction of 690 bps. EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 13.8 per cent. This margin contraction was mainly led by sharp jump in cost of materials by 88.2 per cent yoy. The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 22.96 crore, yoy increase of 11.9 per cent.
Looking at the full year numbers, we see that revenue jumped by 82 per cent to reach Rs. 729.83 crore while EBITDA rose by 54 per cent to 101.4 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs. 64.37 crore, up 55 per cent yoy.
The company’s order book as on 31 st March 2018 stood at Rs. 2,559 crore.
The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share.
On Thursday, the stock opened at Rs. 562 and touched an intra-day high and low of Rs. 572.85 and Rs. 540, respectively, on the BSE.
