Q1FY21 results: NOCIL net profit plunges 63.66 per cent YoY
NOCIL Limited, part of Arvind Mafatlal Group, announced its quarterly results on August 24, 2020. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 11.95 crore for Q1FY21, which declined by 63.66 per cent YoY, as compared to Q1FY20 when it reported Rs 32.88 crore.
The consolidated net sales reported in Q1FY21 came in at Rs 106.51 crore, which declined by 53.61 per cent YoY from Rs 229.59 crore in Q1FY20. At EBITDA level, the company stood at Rs 7.98 crore in Q1FY21 that decreased by 85.9 per cent YoY. For Q1FY20, it posted an EBITDA of Rs 56.58 crore.
EBITDA margin as of Q1FY21 was at 7.49 per cent that declined by 17.15 per cent YoY. The net profit margin in Q1FY21 came in at 11.22 per cent, which declined by 3.10 per cent YoY. The net profit margin in Q1FY20 was at 14.32 per cent.
On Tuesday, at around 9:44 am, the share is trading at Rs 124 with gains of 2.52 per cent on BSE.
