Q1FY21 results: Maharashtra Seamless net profit declines by 41.15 per cent YoY to Rs 45 crore
Maharashtra Seamless Limited announced its Q1FY21 results on Aug 21, 2020. The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 458.98 crore in Q1FY21, which declined by 34.07 per cent YoY from Rs 696.16 crore in Q1FY20.
The company posted EBITDA of Rs 100.95 crore in Q1FY21 that decreased by 34.61 per cent YoY. For Q1FY20, it had posted EBITDA of Rs 154.38 crore. EBITDA margin as of Q1FY21 was at 21.99 per cent that declined by 19bps YoY. EBITDA margin for Q1FY20 was 22.18 per cent.
The consolidated net profit in Q1FY21 came in at Rs 45 crore, which declined by 41.15 per cent, as compared to Q1FY20, when it reported a profit of Rs 76.47 crore. The net profit margin in Q1FY21 came in at 9.8 per cent, which declined by 1.18 per cent YoY. The net profit margin for Q1FY20 was 10.98 per cent.
The share price of the company closed at Rs 245.8, up by 4.15 per cent.
