Q1FY21 results: KNR Constructions records net profit of Rs 41.95 crore

KNR Constructions Limited, a multi domain infrastructure development organization announced its quarterly results on August 18, 2020. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 41.95 crore for Q1FY21, which declined by 7.31 per cent, as compared to Q1FY20 when it reported Rs 45.2624 crore. However, the profit attributable to equity shareholders in Q1FY21 stood at  Rs 46.68 crore as against Rs 42.89 crore for the same quarter, previous year.

The consolidated net sales reported in Q1FY21 came in at Rs 522.53 crore, which declined by 1.54 per cent YoY from Rs 530.72 crore in Q1FY20. At EBITDA level, the company stood at Rs 130.08 crore in Q1FY21 that increased by 12.31 per cent YoY. For Q1FY20, it posted an EBITDA of Rs 115.82 crore.

EBITDA margin as of Q1FY21 was at 24.89 per cent that increased by 3.07 per cent YoY. The net profit margin in Q1FY21 came in at 8.03 per cent, which declined by 50 bps YoY. The net profit margin in Q1FY20 was at 8.53 per cent.

The share closed with gains of 5.79 per cent at Rs 240.15 in today’s session on BSE.
