Q1FY21 results: Indian Hume Pipe Company records net loss of Rs 5.53 crore
Indian Hume Pipe Company limited announced its Q1FY21 results on Aug 29, 2020. The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 217.73 crore in Q1FY21, which declined by 52.99 per cent YoY from Rs 463.19 crore in Q1FY20.
The company posted EBITDA of Rs 15.26 crore in Q1FY21 that decreased by 70.24 per cent YoY. For Q1FY20, it had posted EBITDA of Rs 51.28 crore. EBITDA margin as of Q1FY21 was at 7.01 per cent that declined by 4.06 per cent YoY. EBITDA margin for Q1FY20 was 11.07 per cent.
The consolidated net loss in Q1FY21 came in at Rs 5.53 crore, which declined by 126.41 per cent, as compared to Q1FY20, when it reported a profit of Rs 20.94 crore. The net profit margin in Q1FY21 came in at -2.54 per cent, which declined by 7.06 per cent YoY. The net profit margin for Q1FY20 was 4.52 per cent.
On Friday, share price of the company closed at Rs 202.55, down by 3.55 per cent.
