Power Mech bags 3 orders worth Rs. 247 crore
Power Mech has received a Letter of Intent for several work orders totalling to Rs. 247 crore. The share price of the company has however remained modest.
Through a joint venture (JV), Power Mech has been awarded a contract for providing water and sewage works that include construction of STP/STS along with operation and maintenance (O&M). The project is to be completed within 18 months by Hydro Magnus Private Limited, a subsidiary of Power Mech. The contract is awarded by Municipal Council of Palwal, Haryana and the total cost of this contract is Rs. 128 crore.
Another project would involve the company to design, fabricate, supply, establish and alignment prefabricated steel structure of Power Plant - II (175 mw & 60MW) at JSW Dolvi, Maharashtra. The total contract price is of approximately Rs. 56 crore. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 11 months.
The final contract is for the O&M of Coal Handling Plant 5*800 MW at CGPL UMPP Mundra Plant for a period of 02 years. The total contract price is of Rs. 63 crore.
On Monday the shares of the company reached an intraday high of Rs. 1,019 per share ad intraday low of Rs. 997 per share on the BSE. The 52-week high was Rs. 1,015 per share and 52-week low was Rs. 446.10 per share on the BSE.
