IL&FS Transportation Networks has signed a definitive agreement with Ramky Infrastructure for sale of entire stake in NAM Expressway and acquire 50 per cent stake in Jorabat Shillong Expressway, on Thursday. The stock surged more than 8 per cent during Friday’s trade, bouncing back from its 52-week low.

Ashok Leyland has announced that it has bagged an order from Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) for supplying 300 Ashok Leyland buses. The order consists of Double Decker buses which would help decongest roads of Dhaka.

Fineotex Chemical reported its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Fineotex Chemical consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 42.86 crore, registering 6.5 per cent yoy increase.
