Result season kickstarted with South Indian bank reported its Q3FY18 results on Tuesday. The mid-cap private sector bank posted robust earnings and stellar asset quality improvement over the previous quarter

During Tuesday's trade,Tanla Solutions gave a pennant pattern breakout at 42 levels. The breakout was yet again supported by volume spurt and 14-period RSI positive crossover.

Business Process Manager provider Newgen Software announced its plans to launch its initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs. 950 million and an offer for sale by the selling shareholders.

Coal India soared on the bourses during early trade on Tuesday after the company revised its non-coking coal prices.
