The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered the liquidation of Moser Baer India Limited under Section 33(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. NCLT's direction came as the company's Committee of Creditors unanimously agreed for the liquidation of the company.

The outlook for the day is muted start on the back of lacklustre trading in the Asian markets. The SGX Nifty is trading almost unchanged at 10,991, indicating a flat start to the day.   

The stocks most likely to experience significant movement on the bourses on September 25, 2018 are TVS Motor Company, Ramco Systems, Tata Power, Zensar Technologies, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) and NTPC.

The company has started manufacturing operations at its Halol plant in Gujarat from September 1. The plant will be manufacturing suspension products for OEMs.

Ramco Systems' aviation suite was selected by Advanced Global Resources, LLC (AGR) to manage the IT and supply chain contract of their client the US Army.
