GTPL Hathway Limited has acquired 100% shares of SCOD18 Networking Private Limited on August 5, 2019 to enhance its footprint in Maharashtra state.

BEML has received an order from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) for production of additional metro coaches for the MMRDA Mumbai line 2&7. However, the stock was trading 3 per cent lower than its previous close.
