Gujarat-based polymer manufacturer, Time Technoplast won orders for supply of high quality, high-pressure PE pipes for water supply project in India.

The Board of Directors of Precision Camshafts Limited (PCL) have approved the acquisition of the remaining 5 per cent equity stake in Memco Engineering Private Limited. The paid-up capital of the target entity is Rs. 7.2 crore.

The stock has formed a doji candle on the weekly scale. A doji is formed when the opening price and closing price are equal. If the doji occurs alone, it is a signal that there is indecision and must not be ignored.

Following global cues, Indian benchmark indices tanked in the early morning session on Monday. As indicated in our market opening article this morning, BSE Sensex and Nifty tracked the global indices to dip more than 360 points and 104 points, respectively.
