The Board of Directors of Quess Corp has approved the acquisition of remaining 49 per cent stake in Trimax Smart Infraprojects Private Limited (TSIPL), which is its subsidiary. Post completion of acquisition, TSIPL will become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
