Skin care and healthcare FMCG company Emami Limited announces a strategic investment in Brillare Science Private Limited on Monday. The investment is through CCPS route.

Ujjivan Financial Services reported healthy set of numbers in Q3FY18 with a stable loan book growth and steady improvement in asset quality and net interest margins.

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 113.8 crore, yoy increase of 25.9%. This was due to 36.1 per cent yoy increase in other income.

The sector recorded a fast increase in activity in January in comparison with the past three months, on the back of a renewed rise in new business orders in the month.

In terms of bottom-line the company reported negative numbers of Rs. 5.61 crore as against net profit of Rs. 8.93 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year.

Company’s standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 3071.92 crore, registering 6.5 per cent yoy increase. EBITDA for the quarter rose by 55.7 per cent yoy to Rs. 447.59 crore with a corresponding margin expansion of 460 bps.

Indian Oil Corporation will invest Rs. 3,400 crore in Assam over the next five years. This investment will be utilized to fund greenfield as well as brownfield projects.
