Hindalco reported stable numbers over the quarter. The company recorded highest ever aluminium and copper output for the year.

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 35.72 crore, yoy decline of 36.1 per cent.

AIA Engineering consolidated revenue for the quarter came in at Rs. 743.85 crore, registering 11.3 per cent yoy increase. 

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 2,932.71 crore, yoy decline of 5.1 per cent.

Vivimed Labs Limited, a pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals company, has agreed to acquire Soneas through its API arm UQUIFA.

Its domestic business grew by 10.4 per cent while export growth was muted despite orders in hand due to delayed shipments.
