Mid-cap index is off its provisional low level and has bounced back from its major support at 15,565. After consolidating for three daily sessions at the low levels, Mid-cap index has surged for two consecutive days, hitting near 38.2 per cent retracement of the prior downward rally in May 2018.

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 5.94 crore, yoy increase of 132 per cent. This was due to sharp decline in interest expenses by 46 per cent yoy.

The stock of Manpasand Beverages extended its losing streak on Monday and has been losing for the last four days and has fallen by 22.67 per cent in the period. The fall was triggered by the resignation of its auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

The share price Adani Enterprises surged by over 3 per cent on the bourses in Monday’s trade as the company announced that it has sold stake in its subsidiary company Adani Chendipada Mining.

The share price of Larsen & Toubro surged by over 2 per cent on the bourses in Monday’s intraday trade as the company’s construction arm L&T Construction bagged another order worth Rs. 5,704 crore. 

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 9.32 crore, yoy increase of 28 per cent. This was due to sharp decline in interest expenses and depreciation by 84 per cent and 74 per cent respectively.

This was in response to a objection filed by India's largest FMCG player Hindustan Unilever Limited against Kwality Limited stating that it has sole right for the Kwality brand.
