However, a fall below this level would lead to a further decline up to the level of 10,879, which is 38.2 per cent retracement of the recent upmove, followed by 10,833 level, which is an important short-term moving average, i.e. 20-day EMA. Through this OFS, the company is offering 1,57,14,038 equity shares having face value of Rs 2 per share. The price band of the issue is Rs 714-716. The minimum lot size is 20 shares. Post allotment, the company will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
