After two consecutive weekly downbeats, the Indian stock markets kicked-off the week with a spike. The benchmark indices surged 2.2 per cent with Nifty and Sensex gaining 229 and 745 points, respectively from their previous close.

Capacit'e Infraprojects informed the bourses that it has received a repeat order amounting to Rs. 705 crore from Oberoi Realty. This order comprises of construction of Oberoi Garden City- Phase 3 comprising of 5 towers of 66 floors each located at Goregaon East, Mumbai.

The PAT for the quarter came in at Rs. 6.47 crore as against Rs. 2.26 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, yoy increase of 186.3 per cent. This was due to a decline in interest expenses by 31.7 per cent yoy.

BCL Industries & Infrastructures has been allotted by the Nodal Agency, i.e. BPCL, around 2.50 crore litre of ethanol to be supplied for the period starting from December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2019.

The markets on October 29, 2018 opened positive. BSE Sensex is trading at 33,657.62, up by 308.31 points and the Nifty is trading at 10,121.55, up by 91.55 points. 

Leading travel company, Cox & Kings Limited agrees to sell its education business for Rs. 4,387 crore (GBP 467 million), following which the stock was 5 per cent.

The company informed that USFDA has completed the inspection of its Bavla facility on October 26, 2018. The inspection was concluded successfully without any major or critical observations.

Cipla has received a final approval from the USFDA for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Metoprolol ER Tablets 50mg, 100mg, 200mg. Shares of the company gained in early trade on Monday.
