eClerx Services announced that it is acquiring Eclipse Global Holdings LLC (Personiv), which is an Austin, Texas-headquartered company having its operations in business process management & services, with a special focus on the outsourced accounting space.  

Caplin Point Laboratories’ subsidiary company, Caplin Steriles Limited has received final approval from United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) Etomidate injection USP.

Sensex went up by 0.95 per cent, a hike of 437.49 points, and settled at 46,444.18. Nifty too gained, 134.8 points, a 1 per cent gain at 13,601.10. It proved to be a good day for IT stocks with Infosys being one of the top gainers, followed by Hindustan Unilever and Mahindra & Mahindra.

With the intent of expanding its health & nutrition business, the leading manufacturer & marketer of dairy-based branded products, Parag Milk Foods informed the bourses on Wednesday that it has established state-of-the-art facilities with a capacity to manufacture 40 MT of lactose per day. 

Under this agreement, Glenmark Pharma will be responsible for the development & regulatory approval of the nasal spray by relevant European Regulatory Authorities whereas, Menarini Group will be responsible for the commercialisation of Ryaltris across these markets. 

Ramco Systems today announced that it has signed a multi-million-dollar agreement with a Global Fortune 500 major to unify & transform its payroll for 18 countries in the Asia-Pacific region on Ramco’s managed payroll services. 

With this strategic acquisition, Firstsource Solutions will be able to strengthen its presence in large markets like Texas and New York, coupled with new capabilities of pre-authorisation and patient bill estimation at the front-end of the RCM cycle.
