The market opened higher on Monday November 25.The previous Trading session witnessed the Sensex going down by 0.48% to close at 40,382.37, while Nifty was down by 0.44% to close at 11,916.20. 

Unichem Laboratories received a receipt of ANDA approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Unichem's Atenolol Tablets USP, 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. Reacting to the news, the stock climbed by 5.21 per cent.

The last week turned out to be a lackluster one. Although the Indian stock markets closed with marginal gains, the Nifty 50 index could not sustain above 12,000 levels. For the last three weeks, the index is forming indecisive candles and this candle formation, near the lifetime high levels, is creating confusion among traders. The early indication from the SGX Nifty suggests that the Indian markets are likely to kick-off the new week on a positive note as cues from Asian peers are optimistic.

If the Nifty closes below the 11,800 mark, it will have a downside implication of about more than 200 points. Whereas, on the upside, the index needs to penetrate above the 12,040 mark convincingly to reignite the uber strength of the bulls.
