The company’s shares have delivered an impressive return of over 780 per cent to its shareholders.

The BSE Sensex edged up by 0.02  per cent reaching a level of 81,711. The Nifty 50 index edged up by 0.03  per cent to the 25,017 level. The BSE Mid-Cap Index recorded a notable surge of 0.58  per cent, while the BSE Small-Cap Index ended the session with a 0.50  per cent gain. With 2,148 shares rising on the BSE and 1,814 shares declining, the advance-decline ratio remained in favour of advances.

As of June 2024, the President of India owns a 61.75 per cent stake and the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) owns a 5.96 per cent stake in the company. 

The June quarter performance was also remarkable, reflecting a 242 per cent net profit growth from FY24 if annualized.

In Q1FY25, FIIs bought 70,06,711 shares and increased their stake to 5.53 per cent compared to 2.45 per cent in Q4FY24.

The BSE Sensex gained 0.15 per cent reaching a level of 81,818. The Nifty 50 index advanced 0.15 per cent to the 25,047 level.
