Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) today announced that it is carving out of O2C business into a separate independent subsidiary.

The shares of Cochin Shipyard jumped by more than 11 per cent intraday on Tuesday after the company announced that it has become the recipient of an order from the Indian Navy with an estimated total order value being around Rs 10,000 crore. 

This collaboration also aims to enable a faster rollout of broadband services in a cost-effective and expeditious manner across India.

Stock option buzzer: Piramal Enterprises 1,900 and 2,000 call options of February series have gained more than 350 per cent. Meanwhile, Kotak Bank 1,860 & 1,880 PE option of February has soared over 300 per cent.   

Adani Enterprises today announced the establishment of a joint venture (50:50) with a leading global data centre operator, EdgeConneX to provide sustainable data centre solutions in managing large infrastructure projects.
