Keep these stocks in your watchlist on Wednesday. 

On Tuesday we have seen Cummins India top the gainers chart and is attempeting to break the key resistance level. Cummins India is reflecting a ROE of 14.4 per cent much lower than that of Swaraj Engines. Kirloskar oil Engines also reflects a much lower ROE of close to 10. 

With the bull market in place it is common to see stocks fly sky high. What one has to be careful about is it to watch if the high flying stock is backed by improving fundamentals.

The frontline indices have given a breakout after trading within a range for almost two months.

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is expanding its footprint in India with the commencement of a new connection to India International Exchange (India INX), which is located at International Finance Services Centre (IFSC), Gujarat International Finance-Tec City (GIFT City) Gandhinagar. This new connection aims at delivering low latency access to India INX for both market data as well as order routing services.

BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 made all-time highs on Tuesday while the broader markets were seen underperforming. 

Rane (Madras) Ltd is a part of the Rane group of companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of steering and suspension systems. The shares of Rane (Madras) Ltd jumped by more than 15 per cent on Tuesday and are trading close to its 52-week highs. A breakout is possible in the stock if the stock close above the 52-week high levels.
