Brandbucket Media & Technology Limited became the 358^th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on December 31, 2021. Brandbucket Media & Technology Limited had come out with an initial public offering of 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a Price of Rs. 55 per equity share , aggregating to Rs. 8.25 crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on December 23, 2021.

HCL already owns an 80.4 per cent stake in the company and is buying out the minority partner who holds the balance 19.6 per cent stake in the company. The cost of acquisition is USD 100.2M (Rs 750 crore) for the remaining 19.6 per cent ownership of HCL Technologies SEP Holdings Inc.
