The mutual fund industry’s AUM grew by 19 per cent to Rs 38.37 lakh crore. The buyers outnumbered sellers to show positivity in the market. On BSE, 2,068 shares rose while 1,151 shares fell. The FIIs bought shares worth Rs 374.89 crore and the DIIs sold shares worth Rs 105.42 crore on April 05.
