The share has rallied more than 14 per cent in the first half of today's trading session as the company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, inter-alia to consider and evaluate the draft scheme of arrangement in connection with the proposal of merger/demerger/reverse merger/restructuring arrangement between the company and HAL Offshore Limited (HAL).
