Despite facing initial struggles in today's early trades, domestic indices ultimately concluded the trading session with notable gains. Leading the charts in gains were stocks from the banking, financial services, and power sectors. However, the information technology, auto, and metals sectors registered significant losses during the session. The BSE Sensex gained 0.48 per cent to 73,057 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index added 0.34 per cent to a level of 22,196.

Tilak Ventures Ltd: Shares experienced a fivefold increase in trading volume, leading to an around 18 per cent surge, reaching a 52-week high of Rs 8.15 per share on the BSE. The company operates as an investment entity involved in finance and commodity trading.

Vallabh Steels Ltd: The shares maintained their upward momentum, reaching the upper circuit limit of 10 per cent, and hitting a 52-week high of Rs 9.61 on the BSE today. The company specializes in manufacturing steel products such as cold rolled steel strips & coil, galvanized & black ERW pipes, galvanized plain sheets, and automotive rims.

Tijaria Polypipes Ltd: Shares, buoyed by heightened buying interest, surged to the upper circuit limit of 10 per cent at Rs 7.90 per share on the BSE. The company specializes in manufacturing plastic pipes utilized in irrigation, telecommunication, industrial, infrastructure, and housing sectors.
