On Tuesday, Indian equity markets ended on a negative note. Nifty50 closed at 17,660.15, down by 0.2 per cent, while both Mid-Cap index and Small-Cap index performed positively on broader markets.   

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, April 19, 2023:     

  DCM Financial Services- Heavy buying interest was witnessed in the counter as the scrip surged 9.48 per cent, recording an intraday high of Rs 6.35 per share on NSE. The company offers services such as equipment leasing, hire-purchase, inter-corporate deposits, bill discounting, etc.  

Parsvnath Developers - Heavy buying interest was witnessed in the counter as the scrip surged 4.29 per cent, recording an intraday high of Rs 8.50 per share on NSE. The scrip witnessed some profit booking and closed flat. Parsvnath Developers Ltd is engaged in the business of promotion, construction and development of integrated residential, retail and commercial real estates, townships, IT parks, hotels and SEZs.   

Reliance Naval and Engineering - A solid price volume break-out was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied 4.76 per cent to record an intraday high of Rs 2.20 per share. Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd is engaged in the construction of vessels, repairs and refits of ships and rigs and heavy engineering.
