On Tuesday, Indian equity markets closed with negative developments. Nifty 50 and Sensex recorded losses of ~1 per cent each. Telecommunication and services stocks saw heavy selling.

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, January 11, 2023:   

Retro Green Revolution - Only buyers were seen in the counter as the scrip locked at a 10 per cent upper circuit, recording an intra-day high of Rs 13.50 per share on BSE. The stock has gained ~30 per cent in the last 3 trading sessions. The company is engaged in services industries and allied activities.

Gayatri Highways - A solid price volume break-out was seen in the counter today. The stock rallied more than 5 per cent to record a high of Rs 0.90 per share on NSE. The company and its jointly controlled entities are in the business of construction, operations, and maintenance of carriageways on tolls and annuity basis pursuant to the development agreements with the National and State Governments. 

Adcon Capital Services - A solid price volume break-out was seen in the counter today. The stock rallied more than 4 per cent to record a 52-week high of Rs 3.78 per share on BSE. The stock has gained ~20 per cent in the last 5 trading sessions. The company is an NBFC engaged in the business of providing loans and advances, investment in shares of other companies and providing other related financial services.
